My Lemonade Diet.

I really feel this urge to go on a diet, because I will have a photoshoot later this March. My only problem is.. I'M LACK OF MOTIVATION. As you know, I gained 12 pounds! That's alot, IKNOW! :( I have to remove it in my body now by exercising again. Since I really love drinking lemonade, I chose this diet call "My Lemonade Diet" Some of the ingredients like maple syrup and cayenne pepper, well.. I don't have those. So I call it "My Lemonade Diet" I don't follow what's really prescribed on this diet. IKNOW! (wooow, I am now fund of saying IKNOW!haha IKNOW!) So here it goes, my intake from today till, Saturday, March 12, 2011 is only these:



myLEMONADE Recipe
  • 3 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar

Salt-Water Flush Recipe

Upon rising drink a mixture of:

  • 2 level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt to a quart of lukewarm water

Herbal Laxative Tea (You can find this at most grocery stores)

Each evening drink an herbal laxative tea to help with elimination - preferably right before bed.





STRICT DIET STARTS TODAY: 10a.m FEBRUARY 28, 2011.



It's diet time. This is it. I will really do it. I don't have to hesitate doing this because it is for my own good. I can do this because I always have my ways in working out things. If you really want something then have it. Work for it. If I haven’t got time to eat and want to resist snacks totally then drink a glass of water to help fill my stomach and keep my hunger at bay.
